I think this is great and we could well link to it from our website but I would need to have a more generic approach rather than the emphasis that only guys are coaches.  All of your comments are about "HE"  and this does not send a good message especially when we are already short of the other half of the resource  -female coaches. 

What do you think.  You just need to use the words "They" and "Them"
